Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal. A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside the box.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location. You will receive an email confirmation once our warehouse has processed your return and issued your refund.
